To you O Lord I lift up my soul
I put my trust in you and I am not afraid
For I know you are with me.
Let Your light shine before me
So that I do not stumble

Hold me fast with your right hand and
Lead me down the path of your choosing
Bless me with Your holy grace.
The enemy cannot touch me now
For You are with me always

Blessed Lord we thank You for this meal we are about to receive. We thank You for Your goodness and grace. As this food will nourish our body, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to nourish our soul, so that we may follow your path and walk in your way today and everyday. Amen.
